Options do not show on the product page?

1. Make sure the EasyFlow Product Options app block is added to the product page in the theme editor


If you can't add the app block to the product page, show the options using the app embed. Learn more on how to show the options with the app embed here:
Show options on storefront

Open the theme editor
In the top middle navigate to the product page



Make sure the EasyFlow app block is added to the product page on the left



If it is not added to the product page, click the "Add block" button and select the EasyFlow app block from the list



Save the changes

2. Make sure the option set is added to products


In EasyFlow open the option set that is not visible
Check if the option set is added to products on the right in the "Add to products" section

If it is not added to products make sure to add it by selecting products manually or adding it automatically

3. Check that the EasyFlow app block is added to the product page of the product where the options don't show


If you have multiple product pages, you'll need to add the EasyFlow app block to each product page where you want to show options.

Open the product in "Products" where the options don't show
Check which theme template the product is assigned to


Make sure that the EasyFlow app block is added to that template
