Rules don't work

Make sure there are not conflicting rules in the same option set

Open the option set where the rules don't work
Check the condition and action for each rule by clicking the edit icon to see rule details



Conflicts to look out for:
Multiple rules showing the same values/options: Show rules hide the values/option if the condition is NOT true, so when you have multiple rules that would show the same option one of the rules is actually might be hiding that option.
Hiding and showing the values/options at the same time: If you have a hide rule and show rule for the same values or options where the condition is true at the same time the hide rule will override the show rule so the option/values will be hidden
